Bridgestone in partnership with Kwik Fit Online Draw to win Sporting Bears Dream Rides Voucher for use at the British Motor Show TCs

General

  1. This prize draw is organised and hosted by Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch (“Promotor”).
  2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over from the 1st of April 2024 at 9am until the 31st of July 2024 at midnight (11:59pm), except any employees of the Promotor or employees of any retail tyre supply branches of the Promotor and their immediate families, agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the prize draw, or trade customers.
  3. By participating in the prize draw an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the prize draw material.

  5. A ticket to the British Motor Show 2024 is required for entry. No other purchase is required. The voucher is for a Sporting Bears Dream ride only and does not allow entry to the show.

  7. Only one entry per person may be made and entries must be made during the Promotion Period.
  8. Five Winners will be randomly selected at the end of each month (30th of April, 31st of May, 30th of June, 31st of July) and notified within 2 weeks (14 days).[SM1] [AC2]
  9. Once selected, Winners will not be eligible for subsequent monthly draws during this promotion.
  10. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted.
  11. The Promotor reserves the right to discard illegible claim requests.
  12. The Promotor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promotor’s decision is final.
  13. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation for the purpose of fulfilling this prize draw. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this competition and for no other purpose(s) unless the entrant has opted-in to marketing communication from Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch. By proceeding with this promotion, you agree to the processing of your personal data, which includes your full name, telephone number [SM3] and email address.

Duration for entries as part of the prize draw: 

  • 1st April 2024 at 9am until the 31st of July 2024 at Midnight (11:59pm) (GMT) (Promotion Period.)

Prize draw-specific rules:

  1. To be eligible to participate in the prize draw, you must complete in full the entry requirements under paragraph 2 here. Filling out the submission form and submitting your application for processing.
  2. You must submit a fully completed form during the Promotion Period. Once submitted you will then have the opportunity to enter yourself into the prize draw for a chance to win one of five dream rides vouchers each month.
  3. No cash alternative will be offered.
  4. Prizes are a Sporting Bears Dream Rides Voucher up to the value of £50.
  5. The voucher is Non-refundable and no change will be given should the chosen experience cost below £50.
  6. Voucher is one-time-use only.
  7. The voucher is valid only for the British Motor Show 2024 between the dates of the 15th August 2024 and 18th of August 2024.
  8. The Promotor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
  9. Entries to the prize draw must be received by 11:59 pm on the last day of the month to be entered for that months draw, during the Promotional Period.
  10. Five Winners will be chosen at random for each month of the promotion period (1st April 2024 – 31st July 2024).
  11. The prize is non-transferable & cannot be resold
  12. The winners will be notified Via email.
  13. The winner will need to acknowledge receipt of the prize in writing by replying via email within 24 hours to receive the prize. [SM1]
  14. Once acknowledged and accepted, the Promoter (Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch) will send out the voucher to the provided postal address.
  15. The voucher must be present when booking your dream ride.
  16. Your dream ride should be booked as early as possible when arriving at the British Motor Show 2024 to avoid disappointment.
  17. You must ensure that a correct and valid email address and contact telephone number is provided if you are the winner. The Promotor shall not be responsible for verifying any email addresses or valid home addresses provided.
  18. Sporting Bears will be responsible for the Dream Rides experience purchased with the provided Voucher. Bridgestone shall have no responsibility for providing the experience on behalf of Sporting Bears. 
  19. All experience queries must be directed to Sporting Bears for experiences redeemed using the voucher.
  20. The winner must ensure that it is fully aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the Sporting Bears Dream Rides Voucher. Bridgestone shall not be responsible for a breach of the Voucher terms by Sporting Bears, or the winner.
  21. For the purposes of this prize draw, the Promotor (Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch) acts as Data Controller. If you have any queries about how your data will be used, please write to Head of Legal and Compliance Department, Bridgestone Europe NV/SA (UK Branch), Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6UX.
  22. The Promotor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  23. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  24. Neither the Promotor, nor partners involved in this prize draw shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the prize draw.
  25. To the fullest extent permitted at law, the Promotor does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw. 
  26. Nothing shall exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  28. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdictions.
  29. These terms and conditions do not prevent any of your consumer rights.
